About the Role
You will own program priorities, measures, standards, and execution for regulated and prohibited content. You will define detection and automation requirements, turn policy and legal constraints into workflows and controls, manage escalations and quality assurance, coordinate partners, monitor regulations, and report operational risks and improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years in content integrity, safety operations, compliance operations, or related risk programs
- Experience supporting program priorities, measures, and operational health for content or risk domains
- Knowledge of regulated or prohibited content areas and related policy, legal, and technical constraints
- Experience translating policy or legal requirements into workflows, controls, and escalation paths
- Experience with automated or model-driven enforcement systems
- Cross-functional experience with Product, Engineering, Policy, Legal, and Operations
- Analytical skills using operational data to identify gaps and track outcomes
- Clear written and verbal communication
Responsibilities
- Drive priorities, measures, system health, and execution improvements for regulated and prohibited content
- Set detection and automation requirements and success criteria
- Translate legal, policy, and technical constraints into workflows, controls, and escalation paths
- Improve policies, procedures, controls, and workflows
- Own escalations, quality assurance, and complex residual case patterns
- Align Product, Engineering, Policy, Legal, and Operations partners
- Maintain program documentation, guidance, and operating standards
- Monitor regulatory developments and maintain executable requirements
- Report operational performance, risks, and improvement recommendations
