About the Role

You will manage the complete lifecycle of product-related third-party contracts, from sourcing and negotiation through renewal and offboarding. You will maintain contract records, negotiate commercial terms and SLAs, review partnership performance and value, and manage vendor risks. You will work with product users, Legal, Procurement, and Finance to support compliant contracts, budgeting, forecasting, and governance reporting.

Requirements

• Experience in vendor management, partnerships, or commercial or procurement roles
• Contract negotiation experience
• Stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of contract structures, pricing models, and cost-benefit analysis
• Organizational skills for managing contract portfolios and renewal dates

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of third-party product contracts, including sourcing, negotiation, renewal, and offboarding
• Maintain records of contract costs, terms, usage, renewal dates, and business owners
• Negotiate commercial terms and service-level agreements
• Track partnership usage and value to optimize spend
• Manage key vendor relationships and conduct performance, roadmap, and commercial reviews
• Identify opportunities to consolidate, renegotiate, or replace partnerships
• Ensure contracts meet data security, resilience, and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate contract review, approval, storage, and renewal deadlines with Legal and Procurement
• Identify and manage vendor concentration, dependency, and underperformance risks
• Partner with product squads to understand requirements before negotiations
• Support budgeting, cost forecasting, and senior governance reporting
