About the Role
You will improve product craft, launch operations, insight access, and AI-enabled workflows. You will support launch readiness and adoption, synthesize customer and market signals, maintain product-operating rhythms, use analytics, and build automation that helps product managers work more effectively.
Requirements
- 8+ years in product operations, strategy and operations, or a hybrid senior product management role
- Experience improving product-organization standards
- Hands-on experience with AI productivity tools and agent-driven workflows
- Experience with Heap or a comparable product analytics platform
- Experience with Linear, Notion, and Customer.io
- SQL proficiency to validate metrics
- Experience running a Voice of Customer program or partnering with an insights or research lead
Responsibilities
- Improve product craft standards, templates, and playbooks
- Support launch readiness, post-launch operations, lifecycle campaigns, and retrospectives
- Synthesize customer, research, competitive, and regulatory insights for product managers
- Champion product analytics instrumentation, dashboards, and product health metrics
- Build and promote AI-driven product workflows and agent pipelines
- Contribute to sprint reporting, roadmap mechanics, prioritization rhythms, and operating cadence
