About the Role
Own how DreamDEX is positioned and discussed, translate technical trading products into compelling narratives, lead launches, build channel playbooks, turn market intelligence into growth tactics, and support business development with marketing assets.
Requirements
- 5-7 years in product marketing or a related role, including at least 3 years in Web3 or consumer fintech/trading.
- Experience with retail trading products or exchanges and understanding of order books and derivatives/perps.
- Experience owning positioning, messaging, GTM campaigns, and end-to-end product launches with measurable results.
- Strong understanding of crypto-native culture, X, Discord, and Web3 platforms.
- Analytical ability to define and track growth, retention, and adoption metrics.
- Excellent writing skills and ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Comfort working hands-on in a fast-moving environment with significant ownership.
- Experience with perps, retail trading platforms, exchanges, consumer finance, pro-trader products, rewards, tokenomics, or crypto trading networks is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Own positioning, messaging, and narrative for DreamDEX.
- Lead go-to-market efforts for launches, product capabilities, and ecosystem features.
- Build repeatable playbooks across KOLs, events, community, content, social, and PR.
- Partner with Product using user insights, customer feedback, and community trends.
- Track onchain derivatives and CLOB market intelligence and sentiment.
- Drive adoption and retention through leaderboards, rebates, referrals, awareness, and education.
- Support BD with decks, one-pagers, and proof points for market makers, institutional desks, and KOLs.
