Product Marketing Lead, Public Safety

About the Role

You will own the public safety footprint and content lifecycle, crafting the overarching marketing strategy across physical and digital touchpoints. You will produce high impact sector content and coordinate multi channel campaigns, drive digital storytelling through social media and video, lead end to end event strategy, conduct market intelligence and on the ground audits, and manage logistics and assets.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in product marketing field marketing or a hybrid event and content creation role ideally within B2B SaaS tech or the public sector
  • Experience marketing to government law enforcement or corrections audiences is a major plus
  • A strong portfolio of clean compelling work across short form formats such as social copy ad hooks event taglines and long form formats like case studies whitepapers and 2 pagers
  • Proven experience planning multi channel marketing campaigns coordinating video asset production and managing digital channels to nurture pipeline
  • Exceptional project management skills and complete comfort with the fast moving realities of event execution including travel booth setup live content capture and back office deliverables
  • A self starter mentality with a genuine love for switching modes between high level content strategy and hands on logistical execution in the same week

Responsibilities

  • Own the public safety footprint and content lifecycle by acting as the marketing point person and building the overarching strategy across physical and digital touchpoints.
  • Produce high impact sector content by collaborating with marketing resources to create materials such as product 2 pagers value proposition decks and in depth case studies and manage specialized videos.
  • Drive digital storytelling by designing and executing multi channel promotional campaigns across social media newsletters and targeted digital programs while drafting social copy launching ads and managing partner and compliance badges.
  • Lead event strategy and end to end execution by managing the full marketing lifecycle for participation in major public safety conferences and events including pre event campaigns booth strategy on site social coverage and post event lead reporting.
  • Conduct market intelligence and on the ground audits by auditing competitor positioning tracking sector trends and delivering actionable insights back to product and marketing teams.
  • Manage logistics and assets with precision by sourcing ordering and managing all sector specific marketing materials digital assets website updates and physical booth inventory.
