About the Role
You will own consumer identity on Plaid, including authentication, connections, permissions, and consumer profiles. You will define the signup roadmap, prioritize and execute product work, use feedback and data to identify opportunities, and work across design, research, data science, ML, legal, and compliance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of building product at consumer-facing companies
- Experience evolving a user authentication stack from simple to complex
- Experience making product decisions involving authentication tradeoffs
- Experience launching changes that drove meaningful outcomes at B2C companies
- Experience with growth-adjacent UX and ML work
- Experience leading workstreams involving large stakeholder groups
- Knowledge of UX and data
Responsibilities
- Own consumer identity, including user authentication, UX, and risk models
- Launch a surface for users to manage connections and permissions with applications
- Lead company-wide workstreams to establish a first-party relationship with consumers
- Create a roadmap for deeper consumer profiles
- Define the signup roadmap for quarterly and half-year goals
- Drive prioritization and execution through building, measuring, and iterating
- Identify opportunities through consumer feedback, data, and dashboards
- Partner with design, research, data science, ML, legal, and compliance
