About the Role
You will own the strategy and roadmap for a managed, self-serve offering. You will validate market needs with customers and go-to-market partners, define success metrics, improve platform health and developer experience, influence deployment architecture, and work with engineering and related functions to launch, document, and iterate on platform improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Experience owning a B2B SaaS product
- Experience treating infrastructure as a product
- Experience taking new products to market
- Experience with multi-tenant and dedicated infrastructure deployment models
- Ability to define metrics, instrument products, and use qualitative and quantitative feedback
- Ability to communicate technical tradeoffs across engineering, design, infrastructure, and go-to-market functions
- Experience across the full product lifecycle
Responsibilities
- Drive the roadmap and strategy for managed North
- Validate market needs and iterate based on customer feedback
- Engage customers and developers to identify integration challenges and unmet needs
- Define and improve platform-health and developer-experience metrics
- Partner with engineering, research, technical writing, and developer relations to ship and document improvements
- Influence deployment solutions that address infrastructure, data residency, compliance, and operational requirements
