About the Role

You will shape and deliver products for institutional clients, including VIP programs, market maker programs, credit products, and growth initiatives. You will analyze market and client needs, define roadmaps and requirements, coordinate with engineering, risk, compliance, sales, and relationship management, and measure product, revenue, and AUM outcomes. You will engage institutional clients, develop growth plans, prioritize backlogs, and improve client onboarding, activation, engagement, upsell, and retention.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of managing successful product launches throughout the product lifecycle
  • Ability to translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
  • Experience engaging directly with institutional clients and translating client needs into product roadmap priorities
  • Experience working with sales, business development, or relationship management teams in a B2B institutional environment
  • Understanding of institutional crypto market dynamics, including fee structures, market making, prime brokerage models, and custody solutions
  • Deep understanding of crypto exchange products and institutional trading workflows
  • Hands-on experience using AI or LLM tools for product operations
  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, finance, or a related discipline

Responsibilities

  • Analyze institutional client needs, competitor offerings, and market trends to identify differentiation opportunities
  • Design and optimize VIP fee tiers, market maker incentives, and institutional client retention strategies
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for assigned institutional product lines
  • Gather and prioritize product and client requirements using data-driven analysis
  • Manage institutional client onboarding, activation, engagement, upsell, and retention
  • Translate client pain points into roadmap priorities
  • Collaborate with engineering, risk, and product teams on technical and financial product requirements
  • Build and maintain products with risk management and operational workflows
  • Develop metrics and KPIs and iteratively reprioritize roadmaps based on client feedback
  • Manage technical backlogs and prioritize features versus technical debt
  • Develop partnerships and maintain relationships with institutional clients
  • Drive quarterly growth strategies, cross-sell initiatives, incentive programs, and institutional product bundling
  • Build business cases and quantify revenue and AUM impact for product and partnership investments
