About the Role
You will own the application experience for organization settings, review configuration, access control, billing, subscriptions, and onboarding. You will define APIs, UI flows, and data models; design permission models and audit trails; manage plan entitlements and subscription lifecycle scenarios; and improve activation through onboarding metrics and funnel analysis.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Technical fluency in code and APIs
- Experience owning complex admin consoles, RBAC systems, permissions systems, or billing systems
- Ability to simplify complex configuration and access experiences
- Ability to move from ambiguous problems to clear specifications
- Strong written communication
Responsibilities
- Own product experiences for organization settings, team management, and review configuration
- Define APIs, UI flows, and data models for scalable configuration
- Define roles, scopes, capabilities, inheritance, and overrides for access control
- Ship custom roles, audit logs, and access trails
- Own pricing display, plan management, licensing, invoicing, and subscription lifecycle flows
- Manage plan entitlements and feature gating
- Design onboarding and first-run experiences
- Drive activation metrics and reduce setup-funnel drop-off
