About the Role
You will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for account management and identity verification systems. You will define account-opening and KYC capabilities, create product requirements and user stories, collaborate with legal, compliance, engineering, and business teams, enable go-to-market adoption, and use product metrics to improve onboarding.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of product management experience with B2B, fintech, or complex platform products
- Experience with user onboarding, identity verification, or account management systems
- Understanding of financial-services operational and regulatory complexities
- Ability to work with engineering, legal, and compliance teams
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders
- Experience using analytics tools to track product performance
- Experience working in an agile development environment
Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for account opening and identity verification services
- Manage the lifecycle of fully disclosed, omnibus, and sub-accounting account structures
- Develop entity accounts, sub-accounts, and multiple account types
- Lead the KYC and identity-verification strategy
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, and regional business teams on jurisdictional requirements
- Author product requirement documents and user stories
- Enable adoption of account features and onboarding flows with go-to-market teams
- Analyze onboarding, funding, and KYC metrics to identify improvements
