About the Role

You will own a portfolio of corporate-function data products from discovery and requirements through delivery, adoption, measurement, and lifecycle management. You will translate business needs into governed reusable data products, develop data models and definitions, lead Agile execution, and provide day-to-day direction to analysts.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant enterprise data, data product, product management, data architecture, or data governance experience
• Experience owning or leading data products across the product lifecycle
• Understanding of data definitions, data quality, lineage, metadata, ownership, and governance
• Hands-on experience with relational, normalized, and dimensional data modeling
• Ability to independently drive outcomes in a complex matrixed enterprise
• Experience in a relevant corporate data domain

Responsibilities

• Own domain data products from discovery through lifecycle management
• Lead product discovery, requirements analysis, prioritization, and roadmap delivery
• Establish product outcomes, data definitions, service expectations, and success measures with stakeholders
• Design and evolve domain data models and reusable data structures
• Partner with engineering, platform, BI, reporting, and architecture teams on data delivery and consumption
• Provide product direction and day-to-day leadership to analyst teams
