About the Role

You will own the vision, strategy, execution, and roadmap for Managed AI Services. You will lead and develop product managers, partner across engineering and go-to-market functions, own portfolio metrics and budgets, shape positioning and pricing, gather customer and partner feedback, assess the competitive landscape, and resolve technical and commercial scaling risks.

Requirements

Product management experience with AI and machine-learning services
Experience building and scaling AI managed services
Experience with inference, tuning, reinforcement learning, agent sandboxes, observability, and evaluation
Understanding of cloud infrastructure technologies and trends
Experience launching technical products for AI-native, digital-native, and enterprise customers
Experience building, leading, and mentoring product management teams
Ability to set strategy and guide cross-functional teams toward adoption, revenue, and gross-margin goals
Ability to interpret market, customer, and production data
Hands-on use of AI tools for product management

Responsibilities

Define the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for Managed AI Services
Build, lead, and mentor product managers
Partner across engineering, program management, partnerships, marketing, customer success, and sales
Own usage, reliability, production, pipeline, revenue, gross-margin, and customer-satisfaction metrics
Shape positioning, messaging, pricing, routes to market, and partnerships
Translate customer and ecosystem-partner feedback into product improvements
Track competitors and emerging technologies
Manage technical and commercial risks, infrastructure bottlenecks, budgets, and resources
