About the Role

You will partner with engineers and public-sector customers to build and ship AI agents. You will identify opportunities, assess requirements, present demonstrations, define product strategy and roadmaps, coordinate cross-functional delivery, prototype features, and improve agents through ongoing iteration.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience developing highly technical products
• Product management or similar product development experience at Senior Product Manager level or above
• Experience working directly with customers and technical stakeholders
• Experience tailoring messages for executives and public-sector leaders
• Ability to communicate technical concepts and recent AI developments to technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience driving ambiguous cross-functional initiatives from discovery through launch
• Technical or related degree, or equivalent professional experience

• Identify and prioritize public-sector AI-agent opportunities
• Discover and assess customer requirements
• Prepare and present demonstrations
• Define product strategy, roadmaps, and measures of success
• Coordinate delivery from concept through launch and iteration
• Prototype tools and features
• Shape the public-sector platform roadmap
• Partner on public-sector market strategy and product investments
