About the Role
You will own product strategy and execution for a conversational AI assistant, internal agentic systems, and shared AI infrastructure. You will define trusted user experiences, prioritize operational workflows, and deliver auditable, configurable AI products across regulated environments.
Requirements
- 12 or more years of product and technology experience
- At least 5 years of senior leadership experience for complex products at scale
- Experience owning and shipping conversational AI or agentic AI products
- Knowledge of LLM product architecture, multi-agent systems, RAG, tool use, evaluation, and safety design
- Experience in regulated environments requiring auditability and explainability
- Financial-markets knowledge
- English and Mandarin communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy and execution for the conversational AI assistant
- Define trusted natural-language experiences for onboarding, trading, information, and support
- Own the agentic AI roadmap for compliance, risk, fraud, and operations
- Identify and transform high-leverage workflows into agent-driven systems
- Ensure AI outputs are traceable and regulatorily defensible
- Own product design for AI orchestration, evaluation, safety, and governance infrastructure
