About the Role

You will lead the Agent Development Life Cycle from scoping through production iteration. You will manage strategists, guide enterprise customer deployments, run working sessions, ensure delivery quality, and translate customer needs into product priorities.

Requirements

• Customer-facing relationship-building skills
• Clear communication for technical and non-technical audiences
• Analytical and critical-thinking skills
• Hands-on leadership experience
• Technical aptitude with API documentation, data models, and system architecture
• Experience leading multiple complex projects
• Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, related technical degree, equivalent practical experience, MBA, or comparable experience

Responsibilities

• Lead AI agents through scoping, conversation design, tooling, evaluation, launch, and production iteration
• Coach strategists on Agent Development Life Cycle practices
• Manage a team of strategists and support hiring and onboarding
• Advise enterprise leaders on AI strategy
• Run customer working sessions and troubleshoot agents
• Ensure delivery quality and customer impact across the portfolio
• Surface customer needs and influence product initiatives
