About the Role
You will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the compliance portfolio. You will lead product managers, personally solve difficult product problems, develop agentic compliance capabilities, work closely with customers, prioritize investments, and improve delivery speed and quality.
Requirements
- 10 or more years building software products
- Experience leading and developing product managers
- Zero-to-one product development track record
- Financial crime compliance product experience
- Knowledge of transaction monitoring, screening, KYC, EDD, or investigations
- Working knowledge of crypto and blockchain
- Experience shipping AI or agentic capabilities to production
- Product execution rigor
- Data-informed product operating style
- Experience in regulated high-stakes environments
Responsibilities
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the compliance portfolio
- Lead product for the agentic compliance programme
- Lead, coach, grow, and hire product managers
- Use customer partnerships, analyst shadowing, instrumentation, and dogfooding to guide product decisions
- Prioritize product investments and roadmap sequencing
- Execute product work with rigor and use AI to improve delivery
