About the Role
You will own the advisor marketplace strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end funnel from discovery through funded accounts. You will define marketplace metrics, use research and experiments to prioritize work, embed compliance requirements into workflows, coordinate launches, and improve the advisor and client experience.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience
- Experience building and launching marketplace, platform, or multi-sided products
- Experience owning a funnel or growth-oriented product
- Experimentation and analytics experience
- Experience in a regulated or compliance-heavy environment
- Ability to define success metrics and use queries or dashboards
- Technical acumen for system design, integrations, and scalability
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Experience collaborating with engineers, designers, and operations teams
- Wealth management knowledge
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy and roadmap for the advisor marketplace
- Own and optimize the end-to-end marketplace funnel
- Define marketplace health metrics and drive measurable improvements
- Partner to deliver products from concept to production using research, experimentation, and analytics
- Embed regulatory and operational requirements into product design and workflows
- Integrate the marketplace with the advisor platform and app
- Drive go-to-market execution across launches, acquisition, onboarding, and support readiness
- Explore AI improvements to the client experience
- Analyze wealth-management, advisor-technology, and marketplace trends
