About the Role
You will identify customer problems, lead discovery, and prototype agentic product experiences. You will validate concepts with customers, define requirements with engineering, shape packaging and go-to-market strategy, and guide products from early concepts through launch and commercial adoption.
Requirements
- 12+ years of product management, product design, or related experience
- Track record of taking new products through customer validation, launch, and commercial adoption
- Startup or entrepreneurial experience building and shipping under uncertainty
- Prototyping skills using AI-assisted or agentic coding tools
- Experience working with customers to define products, validate demand, and support pilots or sales conversations
- Experience contributing to packaging, pricing, positioning, or go-to-market decisions
- UX expertise
- Technical fluency for collaborating with engineering on integrations and feasibility
Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize customer problems for agentic products
- Lead customer discovery and understand buyer needs, workflows, and adoption barriers
- Create prototypes, interactive demonstrations, and product variants using AI-assisted design and coding tools
- Test concepts with customers and refine experiences, scope, and value propositions
- Define product requirements and work with engineering on production-ready offerings
- Shape packaging, pricing hypotheses, positioning, and go-to-market strategy
- Design understandable experiences for agent capabilities, permissions, policies, and human oversight
- Balance customer-specific needs with reusable product capabilities
- Define and use measures for customer value, adoption, conversion, and revenue
