About the Role
You will define the strategy and roadmap for domestic card schemes, manage scheme and partner relationships, deliver payment launches, lead cross-payment-method initiatives, assess commercial outcomes, and align stakeholders across payments, engineering, partnerships, and operations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience in payments or fintech
- Knowledge of card processing, schemes, acquirers, hosts, and terminals
- Ability to read API and message specifications
- Knowledge of ISO 8583 or similar specifications
- Technical architecture judgment
- External stakeholder management
- Commercial and data-driven decision-making
- Product requirements writing
Responsibilities
- Define strategy and roadmap for domestic card schemes
- Manage scheme and partner roadmap alignment, specification updates, and escalations
- Write product requirements and deliver payment launches
- Lead strategic cross-payment-method initiatives
- Define and review authorization, cost, and adoption metrics
- Work with sales, account management, and pricing
- Align engineering, payments, partner engineering, partnerships, and operations stakeholders
