About the Role
You will lead the product organization, set impactful product priorities, and work closely with engineering to deliver high-quality customer products. You will partner with the CEO and management team on company and product strategy, help scale go-to-market efforts, engage directly with companies, and develop and recruit product managers.
Requirements
- Experience operating in a high-growth startup environment
- Fintech experience in the infrastructure or application layer
- Strong communication and storytelling skills for boards, investors, and external stakeholders
- 10+ years of product experience
- 5+ years leading product teams
- Experience operating as a player-coach
Responsibilities
