About the Role
You will define product strategy for internal partner tooling, developer infrastructure, and operational workflows. You will build platforms and automation, improve integration observability, reduce operational toil, introduce intelligent workflows, and align commercial and technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience
- Experience with tooling, developer platforms, technical workflows, or B2B API products
- Knowledge of software architecture, API, web technology, and data pipeline
- Data-driven problem-solving
- User research and quantitative telemetry
- Written and verbal communication
- Cross-functional stakeholder management
Responsibilities
- Define product strategy and roadmaps for partner tooling and workflows
- Design and deliver internal tools and services
- Automate partner onboarding and integration-maintenance workflows
- Champion intelligent agents, LLM workflows, and automated triage
- Establish observability for global partner integrations
- Align partner engineering, commercial, product, support, and compliance stakeholders
