About the Role
You will own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and performance measures for a developer platform. You will prioritize capabilities across the software delivery lifecycle, modernize workflows and automation, gather developer feedback, manage cross-team dependencies, and align senior stakeholders on product direction and trade-offs.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management, engineering leadership, or platform leadership experience
- Experience owning technically complex platform products through strategy, development, launch, adoption, and measurable outcomes
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle
- Expertise in continuous integration and continuous delivery, DevOps, and software-delivery workflows
- Ability to translate developer needs and technical constraints into product requirements
- Data-driven product judgment
- Communication and stakeholder-influencing skills
Responsibilities
- Own product vision, strategy, roadmap, and key performance indicators
- Define and prioritize capabilities across the software development lifecycle
- Create a modernization roadmap for delivery speed, throughput, quality, and reliability
- Prioritize human-led and agent-driven software-delivery capabilities
- Research internal developer needs and measure product adoption
- Drive incremental delivery across engineering teams and manage dependencies
- Influence senior stakeholders on product direction and trade-offs
