About the Role
You will own a defined and commercially significant orchestration within the membership lifecycle for one of the world's leading cybersecurity businesses. This is a focused domain spanning Avast, AVG, Avira and CCleaner across desktop and mobile, where your strategy, judgement and execution will have direct and measurable impact on revenue and customer experience. You will work through cross functional squads rather than large owned teams, bringing commercial vision and accountability while Product, Data Science and Martech provide execution capability. Depending on business priority, you might lead upsell and cross sell, renewal and churn reduction, or engagement and lifetime value. Whichever orchestration you take on, you will own the strategy, the commercial outcomes, the AI decisioning logic and the customer experience standards within your domain. You'll help shape a new lifecycle operating model, drive the shift from manual campaigns to intelligent AI orchestrated decisioning, and communicate performance clearly to VP and C level audiences.
Requirements
- 10+ years in subscription or recurring revenue, ideally in freemium consumer software, cybersecurity or a high volume B2C model
- Proven track record across lifecycle, monetisation and growth disciplines
- Real AI led mark-ops experience including propensity models, real time intervention triggers and personalisation at scale
- Experience building programmes balancing customer experience and commercial performance
- Track record of translating goals into structured roadmaps and running disciplined experimentation
- Experience leading through cross functional squads rather than owned teams
- Executive level communication skills
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of your segment including commercial targets, programme logic and performance narrative
- Shape the lifecycle operating model and define what gets automated versus what requires human judgement
- Build programmes that lead with customer experience and design lifecycle journeys grounded in genuine customer value
- Drive the shift to AI led marketing operations and translate strategy into AI ready logic
- Execute strategic programmes across renewal optimisation upsell sequencing churn intervention and win back
- Run structured experimentation and convert learnings into scalable playbooks
- Orchestrate across Product Marketing Finance and Data/AI functions to align shared priorities
- Communicate performance narratives clearly to VP and C level audiences
