About Antimetal

Antimetal is building the autonomous layer between engineering teams and their running production systems. At its core is a live world model, a continuous understanding of how a company's stack behaves, built by connecting to existing observability, infrastructure, and code tools. On top of this world model sits an army of specialized agents (Proactive Patrol, Reactive Triage, Intelligence World Model, and an Agent Builder platform) that investigate incidents, trace failures, identify root causes, propose fixes, open pull requests, and carry out operational workflows on behalf of engineering teams. Unlike traditional observability tools that surface data for humans to interpret, or coding agents that only generate code, Antimetal aims to continuously investigate, operate, and improve production itself, while routing changes through existing approval flows such as pull requests or Slack approvals. The company serves software engineering teams, is SOC 2, GDPR, and HIPAA compliant, and is built in NYC.

About the Role

You'll work directly with the founding team to build Antimetal's presence from the ground up — how the company shows up in the market, the content produced, the events run, and the channels owned. This is an early, high-ownership role where you'll be hungry to build, comfortable with ambiguity, and care about getting the details right.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of marketing or growth experience at a startup or high-growth tech company.
  • Broad understanding of GTM disciplines, with deeper expertise in at least one of events, social, content, brand, pair, rtc
  • Strong writing — clear, specific, and able to earn attention without being loud.
  • Comfort owning things end-to-end with limited guidance.
  • Enough technical curiosity to understand what is being built and who it's for.
  • High standards and a bias toward action.
  • High taste and strong opinions around it.

Responsibilities

  • Shape how Antimetal shows up across content, social, events, and partnerships.
  • Run highly efficient experiments across channels and tactics, eventually doubling down on what shows traction.
  • Plan and execute events — from intimate dinners to tech conferences.
  • Identify and build partnerships with communities, tools, and ecosystems customers live in.
  • Create compelling content and campaigns to help Antimetal cut through the noise and reach a wider audience.
  • Track what's working, kill what isn't, and document what you learn.
