About the Role
You'll take end-to-end commercial ownership of one of our flagship products, blending product marketing, growth, and business development into a single hybrid role. You'll spend your time moving fluidly between interviewing users to uncover friction points, writing product content and launching growth campaigns, and speaking with strategic partners. You'll collaborate closely with product, engineering, and leadership to shape product direction while driving adoption and engagement. This role rewards creativity, strong commercial instincts, and a willingness to solve problems wherever they arise.

Responsibilities
- Own the go-to-market strategy and execution for a key Aztec product
- Develop a deep understanding of users, their workflows, and their pain points
- Conduct customer and ecosystem interviews to gather actionable feedback
- Translate user insights into product recommendations and prioritization
- Create and execute growth initiatives to drive adoption and engagement
- Write compelling content including blog posts, product launches, guides, and announcements
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to shape roadmap decisions
- Track product performance and use data to inform growth initiatives
