About the Role
You will own the global Fiat and Payments vision, strategy, and roadmap. You will lead payment-product development, partner with internal functions and providers, expand into new markets, manage banking and processor relationships, track key metrics, and mentor Product Managers while remaining hands-on.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of product management experience
- Significant experience in fiat, payments, banking, fintech, or financial infrastructure
- Understanding of payment ecosystems, bank transfers, cards, payouts, and alternative payment methods
- Experience delivering complex products with external partners and integrations
- Experience building products across multiple jurisdictions and regulatory environments
- Familiarity with ACH, SEPA, Faster Payments, PIX, SPEI, and UPI
- Analytical, strategic, execution, stakeholder management, and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Own the global Fiat and Payments vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Lead development of banking integrations, payment methods, on- and off-ramps, payouts, and card funding flows
- Partner with internal functions and external providers to deliver payment infrastructure
- Expand into new markets and payment ecosystems
- Manage relationships with banking partners, payment processors, and fintech infrastructure providers
- Define and track conversion, payment success, transaction-cost, and operational-efficiency metrics
- Mentor Product Managers and help scale the product organization
