About the Role
You will own the strategy, roadmap, quality, and safety of a merchant-facing AI assistant. You will define capabilities and safeguards, bring initiatives from idea to production, enable shared contributions across product teams, and use customer insights and data to guide measurable outcomes.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience shipping AI-native customer products
- Experience with LLM-powered, agentic, conversational, or workflow-automation experiences
- Experience building and scaling customer-facing products with business impact
- Product strategy experience
- Complex program execution experience
- Analytical rigor and metric setting
- Cross-organizational leadership
- Experience simplifying complex regulated systems
- Customer-facing product experience in high-growth technology or fintech
- 5+ years of experience building customer-facing products
Responsibilities
- Set the vision and multi-quarter strategy for merchant AI assistant capabilities
- Define AI assistant capabilities, workflows, and safeguards
- Take capabilities from idea to production and drive measurable outcomes
- Define quality and safety standards for agentic capabilities
- Enable product teams to contribute capabilities to a shared foundation
- Lead cross-functional stakeholders
- Use customer research and data to validate strategic decisions
