About the Role
You will own the promotions and engagement roadmap, including promotion types, personalization, and the app home-screen experience. You will rapidly test machine learning-driven promotions, develop engagement surfaces, align Engineering, Data, Marketing, and Operations, and build experimentation frameworks. You will translate applied machine learning and AI developments into practical product decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience owning engagement, retention, or loyalty programs in a high-volume B2C technology-driven environment
- Experience working with senior leaders, including C-suite leaders, on new initiatives
- Data analysis
