About the Role
You will define the engagement and loyalty product strategy and roadmap. You will own retention, session-frequency, and lifetime-value metrics; develop growth loops and in-product mechanics; run experiments; build targeted engagement campaigns; refine client segmentation; and align product goals with business needs.

- 5+ years of product management experience
- 2+ years of engagement, retention, or lifecycle growth experience

Responsibilities
- Define the product strategy and roadmap for engagement and loyalty

- Build targeted engagement campaigns and personalized messaging strategies
- Design and refine client segmentation frameworks
