About the Role

You will own a meaningful product area while managing three Product Managers. You will set product strategy, turn customer and market needs into priorities, and make tradeoffs around high-value problems. You will work with customers, Design, and Engineering to strengthen discovery, prioritization, feedback loops, and product processes. You will break ambitious ideas into focused releases, study product usage, gather feedback, and continuously improve products.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience
• At least 2 years of directly managing Product Managers
• Experience owning a meaningful product area from discovery through launch
• Ability to build prototypes that communicate ideas quickly
• Experience building enterprise software for sophisticated customers
• Knowledge of APIs, data models, integrations, and technical product considerations
• Experience improving product-team discovery, feedback loops, planning, prioritization, or development processes

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop three Product Managers
• Set clear expectations and provide direct feedback to Product Managers
• Develop product strategy and translate customer needs, company objectives, and market opportunities into priorities
• Make product tradeoffs and focus teams on high-value problems
• Engage exchanges, institutional investors, enterprises, and crypto companies to identify customer problems
• Improve product discovery, prioritization, internal processes, and operating rhythm
• Break ambitious ideas into focused releases
• Analyze product usage and customer feedback to continuously improve products
