About the Role

You will shape and launch new capabilities with leadership, operations, compliance, partnerships, and engineering. You will translate business needs and operational workflows into product requirements and execution plans, define APIs and tooling, evaluate commercial opportunities, and align stakeholders around priorities.

Requirements

  • Break down ambiguous business problems into structured execution plans
  • Apply prioritization, tradeoff, and operational-practicality judgment
  • Work closely with backend and infrastructure teams
  • Understand APIs, workflows, and system dependencies
  • Discuss implementation tradeoffs with engineers
  • Write clear and structured product requirements
  • Communicate clearly in writing and verbally
  • Engage with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Work with leadership, operations, compliance, partnerships, and engineering to shape and launch new capabilities
  • Translate business needs, operational workflows, and strategic goals into product requirements and execution plans
  • Partner with engineers on product design, technical tradeoffs, implementation sequencing, and delivery
  • Define APIs, workflows, operational tooling, and user experiences across financial products
  • Identify opportunities for product lines, operational efficiencies, and market expansion
  • Contribute to business cases, market sizing, pricing considerations, and go-to-market thinking
  • Evaluate the commercial viability and operational feasibility of new initiatives
  • Align business and technical stakeholders around priorities and execution
