About the Role
Design end-to-end user journeys, translate complex trading workflows into clear interfaces, run research and hypothesis-validation sprints, maintain an accessible design system, create pixel-perfect Figma components, define interaction states and motion, collaborate with frontend engineers, optimize landing experiences, and lead usability testing and design operations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in fintech, DeFi, or complex B2B/SaaS tools
- Experience designing data-heavy, interactive, dashboard-driven products
- Strong UX research and lean hypothesis-testing skills
- Deep Figma experience, including auto layout, variants, components, and prototyping
- Excellent visual taste and understanding of motion, rhythm, and usability
- Fluency in systems thinking, design systems, and rapid iteration workflows
- Familiarity with crypto trading, Web3, or algorithmic systems is a bonus
Responsibilities
- Design user journeys from landing pages through onboarding and real-time strategy management
- Translate complex workflows, strategy graphs, data streams, and dashboards into intuitive interfaces
- Run research and hypothesis-validation sprints
- Maintain and evolve the design system for scalability, accessibility, and performance
- Create modular, pixel-perfect UI components and prototypes in Figma
- Collaborate with frontend engineers on implementation fidelity and performance
- Design interaction states, transitions, and feedback mechanics
- Design landing pages, marketing collateral, and visual systems
- Optimize acquisition funnels through A/B testing and UX insights
- Lead design sprints, retrospectives, and usability tests
- Evolve the unified visual language and design operations framework
- Partner cross-functionally to align on measurable outcomes
