About the Role
You will own complex product initiatives from concept through launch, partnering with executive, product, and engineering stakeholders. You will translate ambiguous user and business problems into design frameworks, journeys, and prototypes; conduct research; evolve the design system; and ship polished creator experiences.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product design experience owning complex consumer-facing digital products
- Track record of leading end-to-end design initiatives from strategy through launch with measurable impact
- Experience building or scaling design systems
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic problem framing, high-quality execution, and shipped work
- Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools
- Experience collaborating with product, engineering, and executive stakeholders
- Understanding of technical constraints and trade-offs
- Communication skills
Responsibilities
- Partner with executive and product teams to shape product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap
- Own complex cross-functional product initiatives from concept through launch
- Translate business and user problems into design frameworks, user journeys, and high-fidelity prototypes
- Lead product thinking with design rationale grounded in user insights, data, and business objectives
- Drive qualitative and quantitative research to inform product direction and validate solutions
- Establish, scale, and evolve the design system
- Provide mentorship, critique, feedback, and guidance to designers and cross-functional partners
- Champion user-centric decisions while balancing technical constraints and business priorities
- Identify opportunities to improve product experiences, workflows, and internal processes
- Apply emerging design patterns, technologies, and industry trends to the product
