About the Role
You will own product design initiatives from discovery through launch and adoption. You will interview customers, shape the roadmap, design polished features and key flows, and build design-system foundations. You will prototype in Figma, Cursor, and Claude Code, working closely with engineers and product managers.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product design experience
- 2+ years designing at similar scale and complexity
- Experience with complex systems, B2B SaaS, or enterprise products
- Experience independently driving design from discovery through launch
- Strong visual and interaction design skills
- Fluency in Figma and AI-powered design tools
- Prototyping skills
- Understanding of AI and interest in working with it
Responsibilities
- Own design initiatives from discovery and scoping through launch and adoption
- Frame ambiguous problem spaces and develop design concepts
- Interview customers and translate insights into the product roadmap
- Design polished features and refine key product flows
- Build foundational design systems
- Prototype in Figma, Cursor, and Claude Code
