About the Role
You will own product areas from concept through launch. You will create flows, wireframes, and specifications; collaborate on feature delivery; define success criteria; prototype and run experiments; ensure feasible designs with engineering; and conduct research, usability testing, and critiques.
Requirements
- 5+ years of end-to-end product design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating shipped work
- Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools
- Experience setting success criteria and improving product metrics
- Visual design skills and knowledge of design systems
- Experience owning projects from research through shipped UI
- Familiarity with productivity tools such as Notion or Craft
- Fluency with AI-powered design tools and workflows
Responsibilities
- Own product areas from concept to launch
- Produce flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity specifications
- Collaborate to scope, design, prototype, test, and ship features
- Define success criteria and ship features that improve product metrics
- Create prototypes and run experiments based on data
- Partner with engineering on feasible and maintainable designs
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and design critiques
