About the Role
You will lead multiple product-design projects from ideation through launch. You will translate product strategy and complex challenges into clear initiatives, create high-quality designs, interactions, and prototypes, and ship intuitive experiences with engineers and designers. You will use AI design workflows to explore and validate ideas, contribute to the design system, conduct user research, and uphold a high design bar.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product design experience in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding portfolio with case studies of shipped work
- Foundation in typography, interaction design, visual design, and idea generation
- Ability to transform complex challenges into simple, intuitive experiences
- Understanding of design systems
- Excellent written, verbal, and storytelling skills
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and leadership to translate product strategy and complex challenges into product initiatives
- Own and execute high-quality designs, interactions, and prototypes
- Use AI design tools and workflows to explore and validate ideas, features, and interactions
- Contribute to the design system
- Conduct user research and use insights to inform design decisions
- Uphold a high design bar and make thoughtful design decisions
