About the Role
You will lead the design process from ideation through delivery, collaborate with product managers and engineers, meet users to test ideas, and advocate for user needs. You will create polished web and mobile experiences and maintain a scalable design system.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product-design experience at a tech or product-driven company
- Strong portfolio of user-centric solutions
- Experience designing responsive web and mobile products
- Fluency in Figma
- Ability to communicate design decisions across multidisciplinary teams
- Strong visual design skills
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process from ideation to execution
- Gather user feedback and test ideas during on-sites
- Partner with product managers to validate opportunities and translate research into designs
- Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to deliver user-centric products
- Advocate for user needs throughout the product lifecycle
- Maintain and evolve the internal design system
