About the Role
You will study product features, user feedback, recordings, and emerging interaction patterns to improve developer experiences. You will clarify requirements, address user problems, build and maintain a Figma design system, align designs with Storybook, and simplify the design-to-code workflow.
Requirements
- At least four years of experience designing software products, or a strong track record in an adjacent discipline with a recent transition to product and UX design
- Experience building and maintaining design systems
- Experience with developer products
- Understanding of agentic products
- Ability to communicate, collaborate, and iterate in a remote asynchronous culture
Responsibilities
- Develop an understanding of platform features and interaction patterns
- Review screen recordings and speak with users to identify usability issues
- Research emerging interaction patterns, developer tools, and products
- Identify opportunities to improve user experience across the studio and cloud platform
- Clarify requirements and address important user problems
- Build and maintain a design system in Figma
- Ensure consistency between Figma, Storybook, and the implemented product
- Simplify the Figma-to-code workflow to accelerate prototyping
