About the Role

You will draft, negotiate, and finalize procurement and commercial agreements across vendors, SaaS providers, consultants, and service providers. You will own the end-to-end contract lifecycle, improve purchasing processes including supplier onboarding and purchase order management, and develop company-wide procurement policies. You will collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Information Security, Compliance, and Legal to resolve issues and accelerate transactions, and lead procurement projects independently to completion.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in procurement or commercial contracting
  • Proven experience negotiating vendor and commercial contracts
  • Experience with purchasing systems and Contract Lifecycle Management systems such as Ironclad
  • Strong contract negotiation and communication skills
  • Experience identifying process inefficiencies and implementing improvements
  • Sound business judgment and risk management skills

Responsibilities

  • Negotiate procurement, vendor, SaaS, advisor, consultant, and legal service contracts
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle for procurement and commercial agreements
  • Own vendor relationships and vendor onboarding processes
  • Improve purchasing processes including purchase order management
  • Develop and implement company-wide procurement policies
  • Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Information Security, and Compliance to resolve issues
  • Lead procurement projects independently and drive them to completion
