About the Role

You will draft, negotiate, and finalize procurement and commercial agreements across vendors, SaaS providers, consultants, and service providers. You will own the end-to-end contract lifecycle, improve purchasing processes including supplier onboarding and purchase order management, and develop company-wide procurement policies. You will collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Information Security, Compliance, and Legal to resolve issues and accelerate transactions, and lead procurement projects independently to completion.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in procurement or commercial contracting.
  • Experience negotiating vendor and commercial contracts.
  • Experience with purchasing systems and contract lifecycle management systems such as Ironclad.
  • Strong contract negotiation and communication skills.
  • Experience identifying process inefficiencies and implementing improvements.
  • Sound business judgment and risk management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Negotiate procurement, vendor, SaaS, advisor, consultant, legal service, NDA, event sponsorship, and recruiting engagement contracts.
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle for procurement and commercial agreements.
  • Own vendor relationships and supplier onboarding processes.
  • Improve purchasing processes, including purchase order management.
  • Develop and implement company-wide procurement policies.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Information Security, Compliance, and Legal to resolve issues.
  • Lead procurement projects independently through completion.
