About the Role

Work alongside the sales team on customer-focused meetings, demonstrations, and proof of concepts. Apply deep technical and consultative skills to understand customer needs and connect them to business initiatives. Travel 20-30%, mostly within the UK with occasional EMEA travel.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a solution pre-sales role
  • Expertise working with Identity & Access Management solutions in or with enterprise organizations
  • Working knowledge of OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, SCIM, LDAP, JSON, XML, and SQL
  • Experience installing and configuring IAM technologies
  • Recognized leadership supporting the extended Sales Engineering team
  • Commercial consultative skills and ability to interface with technical and executive stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Competency with JavaScript, Groovy, RESTful Web Services, Node.js, and Vue.js
  • Ability to independently run proof of concepts to completion
  • Experience delivering technical presentations, workshops, demonstrations, and proof of concepts
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP/S, routing, load balancers, and proxies
  • Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Eligibility to work in the UK

Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and deliver conceptual solution demonstrations and presentations
  • Provide technical and product guidance to customers, partners, and the team
  • Deliver hands-on proof of concepts
  • Respond to RfXs
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Support to provide deep technical expertise
  • Lead or assist team members in building demos of solutions and platform capabilities
  • Help team members across regions ensure company success
  • Ensure continuous handover between pre-sales and post-sales phases
  • Act as pre-sales lead for prospect opportunities to convert prospects into customers
  • Travel 20-30%, mostly within the UK with occasional EMEA travel
