About the Role
You will own the design, architecture, and integration of autonomous data-gathering systems in logistics and material-handling environments. You will define system boundaries and requirements, evaluate technical trade-offs, integrate robotic and sensing components, and mentor engineers on systems-engineering practices.
Requirements
- BS, MS, or PhD in Systems Engineering, Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 10–15 years of systems-engineering experience focused on complex hybrid hardware and software systems
- Technical ownership of major cross-functional product-development initiatives
- Experience finding, evaluating, and applying robotics algorithms in C++ and Python systems
- Understanding of mechanical mounts, power, RF, and ingress protection
- Expertise integrating and characterizing passive sensing or active robotic systems
- Experience defining and verifying system requirements for complex autonomous systems
- Strong technical writing and communication skills
