About the Role
You will develop and harden autonomy capabilities including SLAM, navigation, localization, and obstacle handling. You will integrate and calibrate robot hardware, build fleet capabilities, optimize embedded performance and sensor pipelines, and make deployed robot software resilient in real environments.

Responsibilities
- Develop autonomy capabilities for SLAM, navigation, localization, obstacle handling, and multi-floor traversal
- Integrate new robot platforms, sensors, calibration, firmware interfaces, and SDKs
- Build shared fleet capabilities for common memory and map sharing
- Optimize perception latency, embedded compute budgets, and sensor pipelines
- Make deployment software robust to real-world environmental conditions
