About the Role
You will lead vehicle-generalization benchmarking and metrics tooling, investigate cross-platform variability, and resolve integration issues. You will collaborate with engineering, measurement, and controls functions and provide on-site technical support for customer vehicle programs, including domestic and international travel.
Requirements
- Experience with data-driven development, metrics, tooling, and data analysis
- Experience with control-system design, state estimation, odometry, localization, and sensor fusion
- Proficiency in C++ and Python
- Robotics systems thinking for diagnosing and resolving integration issues
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally
- Must be based in Sunnyvale, California
- Cross-functional communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Lead vehicle-generalization benchmark evaluation and metrics tooling
- Create and curate analysis of cross-platform and vehicle-to-vehicle variability
- Investigate platform variability and drive vehicle-generalization metrics
- Collaborate with OEM support engineering, measurement, and controls teams
- Provide on-site technical support for customer vehicle programs
- Travel domestically and internationally for customer and vehicle support
