About the Role

You will design and implement controls and localization algorithms for autonomous construction robots. You will write production software and embedded firmware, integrate sensors and sensor fusion, build debugging and performance tools, investigate failures, and take projects from ideas through prototypes to completed deployments.

Requirements

  • Experience implementing calibration, motion control, and path-planning algorithms for complex robotic systems
  • Knowledge of modelling, signal processing, motion planning, sensor fusion, and collision avoidance
  • Experience building and deploying production systems in C, C++, Python, Rust, or comparable languages
  • Knowledge of software engineering best practices, version control, unit testing, and deployment automation
  • Familiarity with Linux systems
  • Experience troubleshooting issues and conducting root cause analysis
