About the Role
You will develop, test, and deploy robotic software for motion planning, perception, and control. You will design planning and collision-avoidance algorithms, implement sensor fusion and mapping, integrate hardware, optimize real-time performance, troubleshoot systems, and apply machine-learning methods to task execution.
Requirements
- Have 3 or more years of experience developing robotic systems or automation platforms
- Have experience with ROS 2, Gazebo, and simulation environments
- Have experience with perception systems such as cameras, LiDAR, or depth sensors
- Be proficient in Python and C++
- Be familiar with robotic manipulators, vision systems, and motion-control systems
- Know kinematics, dynamics, and system modeling
- Be familiar with Docker or Kubernetes
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy software for robotic systems
- Design algorithms for path planning, trajectory optimization, and collision avoidance
- Implement and test software for sensor fusion, localization, and mapping
- Integrate robotic arms, grippers, and sensors with hardware engineers
- Use ROS 2 for real-time communication and modularity
- Optimize real-time system performance
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues
- Research and implement robotics and machine-learning methods for task execution
