About the Role
You will lead engineering resources and project delivery at the Cork Little Island site. You will deliver technical requirements for supply-chain optimization and product launches, partner with end users on solutions, manage commissioning and qualification documentation, communicate project updates, and coach engineering professionals.
Requirements
- Engineering degree
- At least 10 years of work experience
- Safety expertise

- Willingness to travel up to 5%
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction for engineering resources and activities
- Ensure project execution and delivery of technical requirements
- Lead teams to deliver safe, on-budget, on-schedule projects
- Partner with end users to identify and define innovative solutions
- Ensure commissioning and qualification processes are completed and documented
- Communicate project updates according to governance and stakeholder needs
- Develop talent through coaching and mentoring
