About the Role
You will define and execute APAC construction delivery strategy for multi-country data centre programmes. You will lead delivery, capital allocation, procurement, contracts, supply chain, technical integration, regional leadership, risk governance, commissioning, quality assurance, and operational handover.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent
- 15–20 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure, mission-critical, or data centre construction
- Leadership experience across multi-country, multi-billion-dollar capital programmes
- Experience building and scaling delivery platforms
- Experience in APAC markets
- Technical knowledge of data centre power, cooling, redundancy, and commissioning
- Commercial experience negotiating large-scale contracts and supplier frameworks
Responsibilities
- Define and implement the APAC construction delivery model
- Establish frameworks for multi-country execution
- Standardise design, procurement, and delivery methodologies
- Own delivery of hyperscale and edge data centre builds
- Drive schedule certainty and capital efficiency
- Oversee capital budgets and regional capital allocation
- Shape procurement strategy and lead contract negotiations
- Build and manage contractor and supplier ecosystems
- Ensure technical designs support scalability and operational performance
- Build and lead a regional leadership team
- Establish risk management and compliance frameworks
- Define commissioning standards and ensure operational handover
