About the Role
You will lead a team of Enterprise Applications Engineers and own the roadmap for workplace collaboration platforms. You will guide projects from scoping through rollout, manage platform operations and vendor relationships, strengthen security and reliability, and contribute to architecture, code reviews, and integration design.
Requirements
- Experience leading engineering teams focused on internal tooling, enterprise applications, or digital workplace platforms
- Complex project management skills
- Experience operating and scaling enterprise collaboration platforms
- Architectural understanding of productivity and enterprise platforms
- Familiarity with internal AI and LLM-enabled workflows
- Familiarity with IAM, data privacy, and compliance requirements
- Communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Establish the team vision and roadmap
- Prioritize requests, capacity, and stakeholder trade-offs
- Guide projects from scoping and planning through delivery and rollout
- Coordinate tool launches, migrations, and platform enhancements
- Maintain a secure, reliable, and scalable SaaS ecosystem
- Partner on identity, access governance, and data protection controls
- Champion automation and AI-enabled workflows
- Oversee SaaS vendor relationships, licensing strategies, and contract renewals
- Mentor, support, and grow Enterprise Applications Engineers
- Lead hiring and shape team capabilities
- Set standards for documentation, operational hygiene, and support escalation
- Participate in architecture decisions, code reviews, and integration designs
