About the Role
You will lead fleet operations, deployments, firmware lifecycle management, validation platforms, and data center infrastructure. You will define reliability metrics and incident processes, oversee hardware security and attestation, manage infrastructure budgets and vendors, and develop engineering teams.
Requirements
- 18+ years of infrastructure, data center operations, or fleet management experience
- 6+ years in a senior leadership role
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Hands-on expertise with NVIDIA or AMD GPU infrastructure
- Software and hardware leadership experience
- Experience scaling data center infrastructure in a high-growth environment
- Knowledge of power distribution, cooling systems, networking fabrics, and physical security
- Experience managing vendor relationships, negotiating large-scale infrastructure contracts, and owning CapEx budgets
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead fleet operations and greenfield deployments
- Build firmware qualification and tracking pipelines
- Consolidate hardware automation and validation into a unified platform
- Own power, cooling, networking fabrics, and physical security
- Lead hardware security and integrity attestation strategy
- Define reliability KPIs, runbooks, and incident operations
- Partner on GPU sourcing, infrastructure contracts, and fleet budgets
- Build and develop fleet engineering and platform teams
