About the Role
You will lead and develop an infrastructure engineering team while owning delivery of core platform investments. You will set technical strategy for multi-cloud systems, Kubernetes, networking, observability, and infrastructure as code. You will improve incident response, disaster recovery, reliability, and developer velocity, partnering with product, security, AI, and platform stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Lead, hire, and develop an infrastructure engineering team
- Own delivery of core infrastructure investments
- Partner with product engineering, security, and platform teams
- Guide technical strategy for multi-cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, networking, container management, and infrastructure as code
- Improve observability, incident response, disaster recovery, runbooks, alerting, and recovery tooling
- Improve system design and harden critical paths
- Support agent workflows, model infrastructure, and large-scale document processing
- Provide hands-on technical leadership in architecture reviews, incidents, prioritization, and cross-functional programs
